  My last visit was the worst, went to the drive-through, while another couple of cars arrived behind me. When I got close to the speaker, it had a hand written sign saying drive-in cash only, as Eftpos was down - that customers had to park and go inside to order.

  The food is fine - it's just the equipment that let's them down. The soft serve machine is regularly out of order, also the drinks machine in the restaurant area is quite often on the blink.

  Went in for our weekly dinner through drive thru and the wait time was atrocious.

  Quick service and very friendly staff. Manager even come to each desk to ask how's the food and service. Staff clean desks and floor very often.

  They were my favourite but the new employee Olivia is not friendly nor helpful. Get my order wrong. Not smiling and give me a big "WHAT" when I ask if my frozens ready (her college took the order). It is ridiculous. Emmm.... Off my like list.

  Then I ask the young lady why it was such a long wait and she says "we have heaps of orders"
